Director of Nursing - Cath Lab

A dedicated RN Nurse Director is needed to lead and oversee the Cardiac Cath Lab department. This role ensures high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and staff management while driving process improvement and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring adherence to best practices in cardiac care.
• Oversee clinical operations, patient safety protocols, and staff management.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Current RN License in Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Cardiovascular Services.
• Prior leadership experience in a hospital setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $126,000 - $177,000
