Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as deemed necessary.
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting and project support to department leads and executive management team
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Identify key opportunities for performance and process improvement across the organization
- Develop financial models that assist with decision-making
- Improve financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, identifying trends and recommending actions to management team
- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, productivity tools, KPIs and dashboards
- Month-end close support to accounting team
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience.
- Preferred CPA or CMA or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of manufacturing finance or other relevant experience
Qualification
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
