Golf Cart and Scooter Sales Booth

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Golfcart and Scooter Sales Representative to join our team. This position is hourly pay plus 20% commission on a weekly pay schedule. We are a fast pace rental company in the heart of down town Key West. In this role, you will be responsible for driving ticket sales through exceptional customer service and effective sales strategies. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, promote our offerings, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, customer interaction, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide information about our rental golf carts and sccooters.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products and services.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
• Conduct outside sales activities to expand the customer base and increase ticket sales..
• Utilize technology tools for managing sales processes and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong background in outside sales or technology sales is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively upsell products and services based on customer needs.
• Technical sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
