Starting Rate of pay: $18.84/hour
Shifts Available and Hours: Nightshift, 6pm-6am
Shift Premium: $2.00/hour extra for shift differential
Bonus: Monthly Profit Sharing
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate mobile equipment including forklift and/ or combi lift to move, stack, and stage material in designated areas.
- Maintain a safe environment by driving carefully, using standard operating procedures, utilizing clear communication with surrounding team members, and always watching for pedestrians.
- Perform all required ME inspections, replace propane tank when needed, and notify Maintenace when repairs are needed. and notify
- Adhere to all safety and mobile equipment policies.
- Assist in packing and/or inspection of parts when needed,
- Finishes tasks in a timely manner to meet productivity goals.
- Work closely with Packaging team members and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior experience required. Some manufacturing experience preferred.
- Previous ME certification a plus.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
