Job Responsibilities:
- Place Safety First.
- Leadership: ability to positively interact with team members in training, coaching, and mentoring. Be a positive role model. Lead by example.
- Adherence to paint schedule.
- Ensure proper material flow.
- Proper hanging of material .
- Management of cure delays/oven temperatures.
- Hook and rod placement and cleaning.
- Clearing of washers.
- Data entry.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of paint line processes.
- Data Entry/Computer experience helpful.
- Ability to do heavy lifting (up to average of 100 pounds with partner.
- Ability to stand on feet for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
- Physically agile – ability to work at a fast pace.
