Starting Rate of pay: $18.50
Shifts Available and Hours: Night Shift
Monday-Thursday
7:30pm - 5:30am
Job Responsibilities:
- Structure Yankton facility to adapt/close multilingual gaps.
- Translate (Spanish/English) communications with employees, as needed.
- Streamline translation (English/Spanish) of varying documents, processes, procedures, signage, and forms.
- Assists in training new employees.
- Assists in translation and communication of new process development initiatives to effectively disseminate changes.
- Participates in new hire training and supports onboarding processes.
- Supports Yankton plant by transitioning operational/HR process documentation, procedures, forms, and other critical systems into Spanish.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be able to fluently speak and write in English and Spanish. (required)
- Ability to follow directions. (required)
- Must be at least 18 years or older (required)
- Ability to read and use a tape measure that shows measurements in feet and inches. (required)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
- Previous manufacturing experience. (preferred)
