Starting Rate of pay: $ 18.84/hour
Shifts Available and Hours: Nightshift
6pm-6am
Shift Premium: $2.00/hour extra for shift differential
Bonus: Monthly Profit Sharing
Job Responsibilities:
- Be able to navigate and understand SCS and AS 400system.
- Occasionally lift and pack aluminium parts individually or with a partner
- Uses measurement tools and visual inspection to verify quality of parts
- Completes tasks in a timely manner to meet productivity goals
- Work closely with Press and Saw Operators
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
- Operate stretching equipment per order specifications
- Closely inspect processed aluminium for damage
- Load aluminium logs with crane or Combi-Lift
- Serve as a cross-functional team member to assist other positions as needed
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior experience required. Some manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic computer application skills.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
