Job Description
As a Lead Technician, you’ll play a vital role in our operations, ensuring that our standard of care and commitment to integrity are reflected in every project. You’ll be responsible for performing documentation, demolition, and remediation of water-damaged homes, helping families recover from emergencies with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Emergency Mitigation Work: Lead crews in emergency mitigation work according to IICRC standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Perform detailed documentation on job sites and oversee job progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and customers to provide transparent, respectful communication.
- On-Call Rotation: Be available for on-call rotations to support timely service and emergency response.
- Safety & Compliance: Safely operate company equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous experience as a technician in restoration or a related field.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Reside in the Southern New Hampshire region.
Compensation
- Earnings: Hourly rate with performance-based incentives. You will have the ability to make $70k per year.
