Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and other potential sources of business
- Monitor and analyze sales activity to identify opportunities to increase revenue and identify areas for improvement
- Schedule and attend sales appointments with potential clients
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of our water mitigation services and how we can help them during times of emergency
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies to effectively communicate our services to clients
- Create and maintain a database of contacts, sales leads, and prospects
- Ensure that all sales deadlines are met and exceeded
- Attend / Hold events such as golf outings, tradeshows, and informative breakfasts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, preferably in the water mitigation industry or home services
- Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a flexible schedule to meet industry demands

We offer a competitive compensation package with unlimited commission potential.
Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
