My client, a V30 law firm, is seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years to join their capital markets team in San Francisco. You will be involved in a variety of securities transactions, providing advice on public and private offerings, compliance with securities laws, and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings, and corporate governance matters.
- Provide regulatory and compliance guidance related to securities laws and corporate governance.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and support clients in navigating the complexities of capital markets, including the preparation and execution of high-stakes transactions.
