Corporate M&A Associate (Class of 2017-2021)

We are working with one of our closest clients in New York looking to add a pure Corporate M&A associate to their team. The firm offers hands-down the best culture in the v10 group in New York and across the US, the M&A group is one of the most elite, friendly, and collaborative groups you can find in the city. The partners have been there since the start, and are excellent when it comes to mentoring laterals and making sure they integrate into the firm well. This firm does not believe in aggressive hiring, their approach is adding thoughtful hires into the team over the years and developing every associate. The tenure of most of their associates has been excellent, and many have become partners after starting at the firm.

The work is excellent, focused on industries such as Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Sports, Tech and much more. The teams are very lean based in New York, D.C., and Boston.
