Customer Service Representative

Our client is a global leader in innovative medical technology, specializing in transcatheter heart valves and hemodynamic monitoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor orders, including returns, billing adjustments, and assignments for both external customers (e.g., hospitals, procurement teams) and internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, inventory management, supply chain).
- Address and resolve customer service concerns, including investigating and analyzing root causes under supervision.
- Process and track administrative returns, ensuring receipt at the returns warehouse.
- Communicate inventory availability with supply chain planning and notify customers and sales representatives accordingly.
- Complete required documentation for customer credits in compliance with SOX key controls.
