HR Operations Specialist - Remote - Contract - Biotech

A leading Biotechnology company in San Diego, CA are hiring for an HR Operations Specialist to join their team, assisting hiring managers and vendor suppliers on SOP's whilst providing outstanding customer service.

This is an initial 6-month contract role located in San Diego, CA and offers a remote working environment whilst paying a highly competitive rate of between $32.00 - $40.00/ph depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• A skilled individual with at least 2 years of experience working within the contingent workforce area
• Experience in a staffing agency/corporate recruitment environment/managed service provider
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and/or vendor management systems, prior experience with VNDLY highly preferred
• Strong change management, process management and negotiation skills
• Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP)
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
