What are the responsibilities and job description for the Principal/Lead Clinical Research Associate position at Hydrogen Group?

This is a fulltime, direct hire, office based position in San Diego.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the execution of clinical trials at the site level.
  • Develop and implement clinical monitoring plans and study materials.
  • Oversee site identification and selection, ensuring the right locations for successful trial execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and site staff.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in clinical research within an industrial setting.
  • Experience in a diagnostic environment is required.
  • Experience in study management
  • Bachelor’s degree
