Senior Business Development Manager
As a Senior Business Development Manager in the Life Sciences industry, you will become a sector expert, synonymous with excellence and insight in your industry. Your primary goal is to
engage with clients at the most senior level, providing valuable market knowledge and
insights. By building strong relationships, asking meaningful questions, and offering
critical information, you will identify opportunities and pain points that our solutions can
address.
You will also understand how we productize the people agenda, focusing on value added
services and solutions to address the biggest talent challenges our clients face.
This role requires a combination of new business outreach, networking, relationship
building, commercial acumen, contract negotiation, product development, and
troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in client services, business development, or a related role within the staffing or talent solutions industry.
- Deep knowledge of the Life Science sector with the ability to provide valuable insights and market knowledge.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of successful contract negotiation and business growth.
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for product development and value-added services.
- Strong CRM usage experience and commitment to building out a world class database.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
