Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment across departments like Investments, Technology, Marketing, and Operations.
Develop and execute tailored hiring strategies with hiring managers.
Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate feedback.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and hiring regulations.
Collaborate with HR on compensation, offers, and onboarding.
Support employer branding, DE&I hiring efforts, and recruitment technology improvements.
Track hiring metrics using an ATS (Workday preferred).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in financial services or a global corporate environment.
Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday is a plus).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
