We are rapidly expanding into brick-and-mortar retail and private label partnerships, and we need a highly organized and driven Account Manager to help manage and grow our portfolio of retail and private-label accounts.
Role Overview :
As an Account Manager, you will oversee and nurture up to 100 small retail accounts and private label customers, ensuring seamless communication, operational efficiency, and sales growth. You will be responsible for CRM setup, reporting, and process optimization to streamline account management. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
Account Management & Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for small retail accounts and private label customers.
- Develop strong relationships with buyers, ensuring HydroJug remains a preferred brand.
- Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Provide regular updates and insights to clients regarding product availability, promotions, and performance.
