Job Description:
As a Junior Creative, you will be an integral part of our creative team. You’ll have the opportunity to create high-quality visual content across product photoshoots, promotional videos. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure that all creative content is in line with our brand vision while also maintaining an organized and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shooting Creative Product Photos: Capture high-quality images of products for e-commerce, marketing, and social media.
- Shooting White backdrop Product Photos: Ensure product photos maintain continuity and meet high-quality standards.
- Editing/Retouching Photos: Enhance photos to meet brand aesthetic and quality standards.
- Filming and Editing Reels, Promo Content, and Ads: Create engaging and visually appealing video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Studio Maintenance: Assist in keeping the studio clean, organized, and prepared for upcoming shoots.
- Filming and Editing Event Recaps: Occasionally film and edit event recaps, capturing key moments.
- Assisting with Lighting for Shoots: Help with setting up lighting equipment to achieve the desired look and feel for photoshoots.
- Assist in Planning Product Release Shoots: Support the team in organizing and planning creative direction for product launch shoots.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in photo and video creation.
- Strong photography and videography skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.) for editing and retouching.
- Basic Retouching Skills: Ability to perform basic retouching on images to meet brand standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to keep the studio and shoots on track.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
