Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for small retail accounts and private label customers.
- Develop strong relationships with buyers to ensure HydroJug remains a preferred brand.
- Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Provide regular updates and insights to clients regarding product availability, promotions, and performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 years of account management experience in retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of CRM setup and reporting, preferably with NetSuite, Asana, and Shopify.
- Highly organized with excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
