About the Role
The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of retail operations, and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners.
This individual will manage order processes, retailer portal operations, and sales reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams to support HydroJug's continued growth in retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Account Support: Assist in managing retail partnerships with Target, Walmart, Kroger, and Dick's Sporting Goods, ensuring compliance with vendor requirements and deadlines.
- Order Management: Process purchase orders, monitor fulfillment timelines, and collaborate with operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Retailer Portals & Compliance: Manage product setup, pricing updates, and promotions within retailer portals (Retail Link, Target Partners Online, Kroger's Vendor Systems, etc.).
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to the sales team and leadership.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and retail buyers to ensure efficient execution of retail programs and promotions.
- New Item Setup & Maintenance: Oversee product onboarding, maintain accurate product data, and coordinate promotions with retail partners.
- Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, and compliance-related matters.
