Job Description :
As a Paramedic / Floor Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth spa operations and providing top-tier patient care. You will be responsible for administering IVs and IM injections, assisting with Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber treatments, rooming patients and helping maintain a clean and organized environment. In addition to these clinical duties, you will also support daily operations by managing inventory, restocking medical and retail products, and assisting clients in a welcoming manner. Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless experience.
- Clinical Support : Administer IV and IM injections, assist with Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber treatments, and room patients to ensure their comfort.
- Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, restock medical supplies, retail products, and office supplies, and ensure all areas are equipped with necessary items.
- Facility Maintenance : Regularly clean and maintain treatment rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces to uphold our high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
- Laundry Duties : Wash, fold, and organize towels, linens, and other essential items to support daily operations.
- Service Maintenance : Ensure all equipment is functional and set up properly, supporting a smooth service delivery.
- Support for Practitioners : Assist medical staff, estheticians, and therapists with setting up and breaking down rooms between appointments, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Event Support : Assist with special events, promotions, or client appreciation days by preparing spaces and providing on-the-floor assistance.
- Mail Handling : Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
