DUTIES
This professional will integrate control circuits for machine functions such as motor controls, sequence of operation, timers, limit switches, interlock and safety devices, sizing of fuses, overloads and wire, and panel layouts.
Will also design logic and programming of GE Fanuc CNC and PLC controllers, Robot controllers, and Allen-Bradley PLC's. Travel to customer facilities for installation and trouble shooting - candidate must be able to travel 50% of the total work time. Must be able to work in a changing task environment daily. Must be self-motivated, work well in a team environment and capable of performing detailed assembly with quality craftsmanship mentality focused on detail.
Strong experience with Servo drives and CNC controllers is required. Thorough understanding of the File Management - CNC Setting tool to establish hardware configuration. Safety oriented working with various power tools and motorized equipment in accordance to Hydromat and OSHA guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree (A. A.) in Industrial Electronics Technology or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; minimum two (2) years practical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (electronics field of machine tools).
