Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Orchestrate seamless project lifecycles: Oversee every stage, from initial estimates and start-up to flawless execution.
- Master of the plan: Define clear project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring everyone is aligned for optimal results.
- Empower a high-performing team: Foster a collaborative environment where your team thrives on achieving ambitious goals.
- Drive maximum impact: Motivate and guide your team to maximize productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Champion safety and growth: Lead scheduling, safety, and training initiatives to keep your team informed, engaged, and protected.
- Navigate complex relationships: Build strong partnerships with clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and successful collaboration.
- Synthesize data-driven decisions: Analyze project performance, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions to keep all aspects of your projects on track.
- Spearhead quality: Ensure adherence to all contractual and quality standards, delivering exceptional results every time.
- Take ownership beyond expectations: Lead the development and execution of all projects with fearless accountability.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 years experience leading projects from inception to completion, mastering estimates, contracts, and owner relations. Alternatively, expertise as a Field Engineer or Startup Manager is equally welcome.
- PMP Certification preferred (or willingess to obtain through Hydromax USA).
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen required as a condition of employment
- Deep understanding of the natural gas industry is a valuable asset, but not a prerequisite for exceptional talent.
- Excellent financial acumen including comprehension and understanding of financial statements, budgeting/forecasting and financial analysis.
- Highly-motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt in real time to match shifting demands of different situations.
- Creates environments where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve objectives.
- Position requires regularly standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Ability to captivate audiences with advanced written and verbal communication skills, ensuring crystal-clear collaboration.
- Command of current technology like smartphones, tablets, and MS Office suite.
- Ability to travel (up to 20%).
