What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Service Operations Coordinator position at Hydroworx International Inc?
- Assists the Service Operations Coordinator and Director of Service with various daily, weekly tasks and specifically assigned projects.
- Forecasts and schedules preventive and emergency maintenance visits utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Responsible for scheduling projects to maximize use of internal and 3rd party field technicians to meet contractual obligations and manage manpower capacities with a minimum of 90-days outlook.
- Responsible for planning and verifying the execution of service field scopes of work for all approved products.
- Manage and coordinate multiple service projects concurrently.
- Update customer and asset information in Salesforce
- Day-to-day communication with customers, vendors and field regarding service project process and coordination.
- Ensures customer sites are ready for field service technician visits and meet HydroWorx readiness requirements.
- Compiles and submits all service project invoices, POs, and expenses to process and submit to finance for project accounting.
- Acting Service Operations Coordinator in his/her absence.
- Verify and communicate shipment status with customers and field technicians.
- Works independently in a team environment and completes projects by specified due dates.
