Role Description
This full-time role as a supply chain manager is located in Middletown, PA. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing demand planning, managing inventory, and handling procurement activities. Daily tasks include analyzing supply chain performance, developing supply management strategies, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional sourcing and supply chain initiatives
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, from ordering to delivery
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies
- Track and report on KPIs, cost forecasts, and cost reduction initiatives
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, drop shipments, and month-end close
- Ensure supplier accountability and timely deliveries
- Support continuous improvement and scalability of supply chain processes
