We’re seeking a Sales Strategist to lead go-to-market efforts, shape our revenue strategy, and accelerate adoption of our AI safety platform. If you excel at selling technical solutions, enjoy crafting scalable growth strategies, and want to influence the next wave of AI, this is your moment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to engage enterprises adopting AI/LLMs across sectors like tech, finance, and healthcare
- Educate clients on critical AI challenges (security, fairness, compliance) and how HydroX mitigates these risks
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, from engineering leaders to C-suite executives
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align solutions with client objectives
- Identify new markets, partnership opportunities, and growth levers
- Represent HydroX at key AI conferences, thought leadership events, and industry panels
- 3 years of experience in tech sales or strategic GTM roles (AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, or ML platforms a strong plus)
- Demonstrated success, closing complex deals and exceeding growth targets
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (you can speak the language of LLMs, vector databases, and safety concerns)
- Strong industry network within tech and AI ecosystems
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability—turning technical capabilities into business impact
- Self-starter attitude with a passion for innovation and scaling
- Experience selling directly to AI/ML or data science teams
