Positions Available:
- Hosts – $15/hour
- Food Runners / Bussers – $4.50/hour tip share (avg. $15–20/hr)
About the Roles:
Join our dedicated Front of House team at Hyeholde Restaurant, one of Pittsburgh’s most storied dining establishments. We are currently seeking part-time Hosts and Food Runners/Bussers to deliver excellent hospitality in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.
Position Overviews:
Hosts:
As the first point of contact, Hosts greet guests warmly, manage reservations, maintain the flow of service, and ensure an organized and welcoming dining experience.
- Starting wage: $15/hour
- Responsibilities include guest reception, reservation management, coat check, and assisting service teams as needed.
Food Runners / Bussers:
Support servers and chefs by assembling, delivering, and presenting food, setting tables, and maintaining a clean and orderly dining room.
- Hourly wage: $4.50/hour shared tip pool
- Training wage: $18/hour
Requirements for All FOH Roles:
- Friendly, professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team
- Hosts: Must be organized and comfortable managing guest lists and reservations
- Runners/Bussers: Must be able to safely handle trays and food service
