Position Overview:
We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer with mid-to-senior-level expertise to design, develop, and optimize scalable business applications. This role requires strong proficiency in Power Apps (Model-Driven), Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, SSRS, Azure Cloud Services, and Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have experience modernizing legacy applications and integrating enterprise systems within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop robust solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365.
- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces, business logic, workflows, and enterprise integrations to enhance functionality.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with other enterprise systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Optimize performance of Power Platform solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Support change management activities, including system migrations, version upgrades, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain coding best practices and contribute to DevOps implementation strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required (Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform or other relevant software solutions.
- Experience re-engineering and modernizing custom legacy applications using Power Apps.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (a plus).

Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
