Senior Analyst
The Senior Analyst is responsible for the completion of assigned projects and conducting analysis within defined time and scope parameters. This role designs and administers system analysis projects that encompass end-to-end processes affecting multiple organizations. The Senior Analyst provides effective analysis and reports on a wide range of projects, ensuring valuable insights to support decision-making.
General Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute assigned projects, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Design and manage system analysis projects that impact multiple business functions and organizations.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop strategic business plans, assessments, activity and data modeling, and performance measurements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience in analysis, data management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in end-to-end process analysis and cross-functional project management.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, business intelligence software, and reporting platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree
- US citizen with existing active Secret clearance or at minimum, eligible for Secret clearance
