HyFlow Water Solutions, LLC is looking for a motivated and mechanically minded Automation Technician to join our growing operations team. We’re a fast-paced, solutions-driven company that’s shaping the future of produced water solutions and management through automation and smart tech.

🔌 What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing and configuring sensors for automated water systems
• Building and wiring control panels
• Performing on-site system troubleshooting and repairs
• Reading (a lot of) manuals and solving real-world technical puzzles
• Working in the field: climbing ladders, using telehandler forklifts, kneeling, crawling—whatever it takes to get the job done
• (Bonus) Setting up basic computer networking — not required, but a plus

🛠 Skills We’re Looking For:

• Multimeter skills — strong electrical troubleshooting is a huge plus
• Experience with mechanical or electrical repair (HVAC, appliances, automotive, etc.)
• Solid understanding of wiring, electrical components, and sensor tech
• Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic job environments
• Comfort with reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation
