With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Camarillo, CA or Mississauga, ON! This is a full-time / exempt position.
Responsibilities :
Algorithm Development & Deployment :Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models in Python.Deploy models in production environments, ensuring efficiency and scalability.Automate training, validation, and deployment workflows.Algorithm Stability Research & Evaluation :Conduct research on model robustness, stability, and performance across diverse datasets.Analyze and mitigate model drift and degradation over time.Develop metrics and frameworks for assessing model reliability.Reporting & Documentation :Create comprehensive stability reports detailing model behavior and performance.Document findings, methodologies, and best practices for future improvements.Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.Stay updated on the latest advancements in ML algorithms and deployment strategies.Contribute to improving Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) processes and infrastructure.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.3 years of experience in machine learning model development and deployment.Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong understanding of model evaluation, bias detection, and stability metrics.Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI / CD).Experience with writing SQL queries and ETL.Experience working on a SCRUM / Kanban team in a CI / CD environmentExperience with columnar databases and familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.Salary Range (applicable to California) :
110,000 to $120,000 DOE
