Responsibilities:
- Performs general warehouse duties from creating boxes, packaging ice, pulling orders and helping support shipping and receiving.
- Ensures all information pertaining to products received and products shipped are updated accurately in Microsoft Navision software/BC mobile app for accurate inventory control.
- Ensures that all orders are shipped using the FIFO (First in First out) method and processed according to international, FedEx and UPS deadlines, if necessary.
- Able to use a handheld device or handheld tablet to scan pick and cycle count products.
- Ensures all information pertaining to products is received and products shipped are updated accurately in Microsoft Navision software/BC mobile app for accurate inventory transactions and cycle count control.
- Occasionally operates forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment (as properly trained) to safely move items/parts to appropriate locations, and to load/unload trucks as necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.

Level II minimum 2 years of shipping experience
- Certified forklift operator: Class I, II, III, IV sit down/standup
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to work in cold temperature setting
- Must be able to handle frozen gel ice packs
- Comfortable with interacting and working with all levels of customers, both internal and external; good interpersonal skills, team motivation and outgoing personality
- Excellent adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and projects
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective listening skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Must have in-depth analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to use discretion and independent judgement.
