Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble comprehensive bid proposals by accurately calculating takeoff of scope of work and soliciting pricing from qualified vendors and subcontractors.
- Review proposal specifications and drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with project management personnel during pre-job meetings.
- Research, negotiate, and prepare purchase orders and subcontracts for awarded projects.
- 5 years of experience in construction estimating for various telecom, electric, data centers, and pipeline markets.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
