Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office tasks, and assist in coordinating projects to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Operations Team coordinate service related tasks
- Assist and eventually handle recruiting efforts
- Track and manage various data points through various sites
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry
- Work alongside the Quality Control Team
- Familiarity with Excel, Docusign and other platforms
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
This position will be semi-fast pace. The right candidate must be able to handle busy days and able to stay focused through high volume times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
