WHO YOU ARE: Hyland is seeking a highly motivated college student with a passion for process and a strong interest in gaining practical experience in project management. This internship offers practical experience in managing internal projects, creating process materials and job aids. This position can be in person (Westlake, OH) or remote (EST).

What you will be doing

· Assist in the development of internal job aids

· Draft and edit clear and concise communications, including emails, presentations and FAQs·

· Assist with managing internal projects.

· Support change management activities such as communications and training materials.

· Ensure consistent brand and messaging across all communication channels

· Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity

· Assist with the coordination of meetings

What will make you successful

• Currently enrolled in an educational institution
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as other cloud-based technologies
• Proactive, organized and desire for accuracy while balancing multiple projects at any given time
• Effective time management and critical thinking skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
