Overview
The Product Manager of Hyland Cloud will identify and define the strategic business and technical needs required to deliver world-class PaaS capabilities for the Hyland Foundation product portfolio and the public cloud infrastructure supporting the service control plane for the Hyland Content Innovation Cloud applications and services.
You will be responsible for evolving the strategy for infrastructure, environment, and application provisioning, deployment, and monitoring to deliver compliant, secure, scalable, and resilient solutions in a high availability cloud model. The role will include focus on managing cloud platform needs within both AWS and Colo data center locations across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will drive the profitability of the Hyland Cloud platform by engaging with product team peers and cloud engineering to identify opportunities for operational and application cost management; while driving revenue generation through value added administration, monitoring, data exchange, and cloud to cloud integration capabilities serving the needs of customers.
What you will be doing
Engage with Customers, Sales, Services, and Support to discover the business needs of the cloud platform.
- Develop Hyland Cloud strategy to support the needs of the business
- Communicate Hyland Cloud strategy to executive team and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
- Define, manage, and prioritize the cloud platform product backlog in alignment with the needs of the business
- Communicate the cloud platform product priorities to the cloud and product engineering and architecture leaders to collaborate on roadmap development
- Define and communicate the Hyland Cloud roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage cloud profitability through effective cost management and cloud revenue strategies
- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy

Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements : base salary range of $170,000-195,000 and eligible for benefits
