Overview
The Financial Systems Administrator 4 is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining financial systems.
What you will be doing
Create and manage projects involving complex installations, upgrades and modernization of financial systems
- Respond to and resolve requests and issues related to complex financial systems
- Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledge
- Perform complex to the most complex financial systems maintenance
- Develop standards for internal documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to process; compose documentation that reflects processes and requirements for financial systems
- Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends
- Identify need to implement additional functionality in current systems and for new technology purchases
- Create and present proposals on technical specifications and requirements for purchasing of new financial systems
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; provide feedback to leadership on abilities of team
- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy

Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements : base salary range of $100,000-122,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits
