What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Licensing Associate position at Hylant?
In This Role You Will Execute On:
- Create / Verify Monthly Expiration Report.
- Renew Individual Employee Licenses.
- Renew Business Entity Licenses.
- Print Fee Licensure Documents.
- Issue Individual Employee New Non-Resident Licenses as requested.
- Process Continuing Education inquiries.
- Designated Responsible Licensed Producer Maintenance – Business Entity Licensure.
- Officer Maintenance – Business Entity Licensure.
- Complete Resident License Renewal Reconciliations and Audits.
- Create Producer Books of Business as requested.
- Create and maintain Patra workflows.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
In This Role You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college level course work preferred.
- Two or more years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills, including research and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating websites for information and in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel by car or airplane for meetings, conferences, or other business-related functions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
