What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surplus Lines Coordator - Summer Support position at Hylant?
- Timely processing of SURP’s (internal Surplus Lines requests from service teams).
- Complete moving Surplus Lines processes from paper driven to Epic (agency management system) – electronic based for record retention.
- 100% accurate audits from regulatory agencies.
In This Role You Will Need:
- Must be technology savvy as this person will be navigating websites for information and proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must be detail oriented with a focus on customer service.
- Have good communication skills including listening, speaking and writing as this person will be dealing with internal and external people.
- Have excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task.
- Have the ability to prioritize workload and manage time appropriately.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills, including research capabilities.
