Job Overview
We are seeking a hard working, detail orientated person to perform take offs and create estimates for Commercial Landscape Construction Projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Analyze blueprints and other project documents to determine the scope of work and required resources. Utilizing PlanSwift
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and timelines.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to each project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape construction estimating or a related field is required.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
