What are the responsibilities and job description for the Korean/English Bilingual Planning & Inventory Analyst position at Hyosung HICO, Ltd.?
To analyze current supply and demand dynamics in the power transformer industry and use the available tools to maximize revenue. The individual must have strong relationship building skills and the ability to communicate market performance statistics to peers, all levels of leadership, and key stakeholders within the Hyosung HICO organization.
- Develop coordinated Revenue Management strategies to effectively plan periods and maximize revenue.
- Conduct analysis of prior year performance, leverage industry data sources, internal financial metrics, changing network structure, and competitive insights to create strategic recommendations to core Inventory Management analysts.
- Assist on strategies outside of the production schedule while additionally monitoring and identifying close-in performance opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to uncover and address new solutions as well as optimize current strategies to maximize productivity and profit.
- Champion of economic concepts and revenue optimization.
- Strategic planning and analysis and management of cost / inventory on regular basis
- Utilize raw data of cost / expenses and make reports upon various request from mainly HQ and management of Hyosung HICO.
- Detail oriented and deadline focused with ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
