Responsibilities of the Sales Support Representative position:
- Assist the sales team in all tasks, including creating and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, order processing, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services to customers.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Track and monitor sales activities, prepare reports, and provide insights to support sales strategies and decision-making.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively support sales efforts.

Sales Support Representative candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, and/or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, communications, or customer-facing roles.
