Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of advertising campaigns from start to finish
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables
- Prepare campaign briefs, project schedules, and status reports
- Monitor and track advertising performance and provide reports as needed
- Support the creative team by organizing assets and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
- Conduct market research to support campaign development and strategy
- Help manage budgets and invoice processing for advertising activities
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and approvals with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or coordination role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
