We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide direct support to executives and management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring seamless daily operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
- Assist in managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive
- Provide general administrative support to enhance efficiency and productivity
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
