Our client is a well known and reputable global Civil Engineering powerhouse. They are currently looking to expand their Engineering department across their New York facilities (mainly northern New York regions).
They have the capacity to take on engineers ranging in experience from entry level right up to senior / lead engineers.
The right candidate will be joining a team with a wealth of industry experience & a reputation of being technical experts by their peers. You will be conducting critical wastewater, water treatment and other water infrastructure design projects.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Project Engineer - Water / Wastewater services will be varied however the key duties & responsibilities are as follows :
- Planning & conducting infrastructure design projects on critical wastewater & water treatment
- Coordinating detailed phases of work including preliminary design, detailed design, construction & start-up phases of major water projects
- Acting as SME on various water infrastructure projects - Waste water treatment plants, pump station design, wastewater conveyance design
- Preparation of reports, plans and specification to support aligned projects
- For senior / lead hires in the team you will provide technical guidance, training and mentoring to junior staff in the team
- Collaborating with stakeholders and project managers on milestones, budgets, profitability, proposals, technical scopes, new concepts & best practices
