Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the installation of Hyper Solutions three-phase power products at customer locations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as the primary onsite technical expert during installations and troubleshoot any technical challenges.
Customer Engagement:
- Directly interact with customers to establish strong relationships and understand their unique requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and post-installation support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical field service industry or related companies.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in managing product lifecycles, including long- and short-term development plans.
- Familiarity with cloud development principles and network communication standards.
