Job Responsibilities
Main Objectives:
- To lead and supervise the installation of Hyper Solutions three-phase power products at customer sites nationwide.
- To collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution.
- To act as the primary onsite technical expert during installations and resolve any technical challenges.
Customer Focus:
- To directly interact with customers and establish strong relationships.
- To provide product demonstrations, training, and post-installation support.
Requirements
Necessary Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical field service industry or related companies.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with unannounced visits to manufacturers as a technical expert.
- Familiarity with cloud development principles and network communication standards.
