Job Opportunity
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and occasionally perform the installation of Hyper Solutions three-phase power products at customer locations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as the primary onsite technical expert during installations and troubleshoot any technical challenges.
Customer Interaction:
- Directly interact with customers and establish strong relationships.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and post-installation support.
Qualifications
Necessary Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical field service industry or related companies.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with product backlog management and roadmap contribution.
- Familiarity with cloud development principles and network communication standards.
