Summary
The Warehouse Assistant will be part of the Operations Teams that will be responsible for daily tasks in the warehouse to ensure that goods are stocked and inventoried, safety protocol is met and overall warehouse organization is in place.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and shipment.
- Move product from one manufacturing station to the next.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform general assembly based off of blueprints as needed.
- Assist in the testing and quality control of assembled units.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office and general familiarity with other software products
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.

Other Qualifications
- Ability to work from the local office on a regular schedule as set forth by management.
- Must have the availability and ability to travel on as needed basis and as requested by management.
- Must be able to work extended hours if business needs require. May be asked to work weekends and Holidays, or work from the office more often than scheduled as business needs require.
- This position requires flexibility due to the different time zones and locations of suppliers and partners.
