- Tracks status of candidates in ATS through entire hiring process.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the hiring managers.
- Submits online investigation requests and assists with newemployee background checks and preemployment testing.
- Organizes, coordinates and carries out Onboarding process with new hires.
- Aids in the administration of health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations (COBRA). Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate recordkeeping and proper deductions.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Assists with processing of terminations.
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Maintains employee records and electronically files documents into appropriate employee files.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent work related experience.
- At least 35 years related experience in the capacity of an HR professional.
- Payroll, Benefits Administration and Recruitment experience required.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of Human Resource legal compliance as related to Federal and State Employment Law. Multiple state experience a plus.
- Experience with HR software (HRIS, payroll systems, ATS)
- SHRM, PHR certification a plus.
