As the Human Resources (HR) Coordinator with Hyper Solutions you will responsible for supporting the HR department in the administration of the complete employee life cycle process, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and training coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information while fostering a positive work environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

  • Assists with recruitment and interview process. Post jobs on company’s ATS, online job boards and company website.
  • Tracks status of candidates in ATS through entire hiring process.
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the hiring managers.
  • Submits online investigation requests and assists with newemployee background checks and preemployment testing.
  • Organizes, coordinates and carries out Onboarding process with new hires.
  • Aids in the administration of health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations (COBRA). Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate recordkeeping and proper deductions.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Assists with processing of terminations.
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
  • Maintains employee records and electronically files documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent work related experience.
  • At least 35 years related experience in the capacity of an HR professional.
  • Payroll, Benefits Administration and Recruitment experience required.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource legal compliance as related to Federal and State Employment Law. Multiple state experience a plus.
  • Experience with HR software (HRIS, payroll systems, ATS)
  • SHRM, PHR certification a plus.
